Closet Codex is an AI-powered wardrobe management and styling application that helps users:

Organize and catalog their clothing items
Receive AI-generated outfit suggestions
Track clothing usage and preferences
Plan outfits based on weather and occasions

3. User Accounts

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
All activities that occur under your account
Providing accurate and complete information

4. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including photos of your clothing. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

Process and analyze images to provide the Service
Store your content securely on our servers
Display your content back to you within the application

We do not sell, share, or use your personal photos for training AI models or any purpose outside of providing the Service to you.

5. Acceptable Use

Use the Service for any commercial purpose without permission
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate outfit suggestions and analyze clothing. You acknowledge that:

AI-generated suggestions are for informational purposes only
Results may not always be accurate or suitable for your needs
You are responsible for your own styling decisions

7. Subscription and Payments

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. Payment terms:

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice
